Snow Chicks!

Today, we went sledding for two hours.  The girls had fun on the sled, and figured out how to maneuver it very well.  We stayed out there till it got too cold, then we went home and decided where to go for dinner.  Both last night and tonight, we saw lot of the lights from the trail of lights and some really good ones on some homes.  We ended up going to Nibbley's On the Green, and enjoyed a very rich but good dinner, in honor of Kris and Kim  I had orange roughy, John had plank salmon, Kim and the girls shared some chicken fettuccini, and Kris had ribeye steak and coconut shrimp, then we had italian cream cake, and the girls shared a red velvet cupcake for dessert.

Kris and Kim got here very late last night, after having some delays getting over Shasta Pass.  They unloaded all their stuff, and we had lots under the tree.  We visited some, and got to bed at 2 a.m.!  Mallory got up first, and was ready.  I had shoveled some snow and taken the dog out, and had to tell her we had to wait until everyone else got up.  They got up around 8:30, and Christmas began.  Everyone loved their presents.  We had a great meal, and talked to Amber, who was sad that they could not be here.  Becca and Mallory had fun playing in the snow.
